I've been waiting over two months for my refund and I just today received a letter saying I OWE taxes...that you didn't receive any quarterly tax payments at all throughout the year.
A) My name isn't RRance
B) Take a look at my tax form. Hold it next to your records. Check the Social Security number. See how the one on my form is different from the one you're looking at?
I'll be calling you dipshits on Monday.
